With the MTV Video Music Awards only a few months away, MTV2 and Time Warner Cable are giving local L.A. talent the chance to compete in a live competition at the Roxy Theatre in Hollywood, CA. For $25 you get to be part of a live taping and see local L.A. bands compete for a spot in this years MTV VMA's filmed at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, CA, all while being judged by celebrity talent. The Roxy hosts an exclusive MTV taping where top LA artists will battle it out in front of celebrity panel including the GAME, Kat Von D and more! U-N-I, Hazelden, and The Ruse will compete on air and online in August to win the ultimate prize - to be showcased in a local commercial break during the live 2008 MTV VMAs AND be featured nationally on MTV2s VMA post-party!
