Tickets recently went on sale to one of the biggest hip hop and rap concerts this year. Celebrating the success of hit makers Lil' Wayne & T-Pain, the two music superstars are headlining at national tour. Supporting the two is Keyshia Cole, the R&B artist responsible for hits such as "LOVE," "I Should Have Cheated," "Let it Go ft. Missy Elliott and Lil Kim," and "Last Night ft. Diddy." Additionally, Gym Class Heroes & singer/songwriter Keri Hilson. The tour will be hitting Los Angeles on December 21 and December 22, 2008 at the Gibson Amphitheatre.

All American Rejects Free Show - 12/16/08

The American rock band, the All-American Rejects, will be performing a free show on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at the Hollywood & Highland Complex. The show is free to attend and open to the general public, however, if you would like to meet the band and have them sign their new CD, When The World Comes Crashing Down, then you have to buy the album from the Virgin Megastore in Hollywood. All the funs tarts at 8:00 pm with a special live performance in the Hollywood & Highland courtyard, followed by a CD signing at Virgin Megastore. See you there!!

Just Stand Up To Cancer

As many people may know, either from personal experience or just from reading about it in the news, breast cancer is becoming a growing epidemic and is affecting more and more women each year. To help promote awarness and the importance of early detection and treatment, 15 musical divas have joined together to lend their voices to the inspirational track: "Just Stand Up To Cancer." The track features legendary superstars such as Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, and Beyonce, and include appearances from Carrie Underwood, Fergie, Leona Lewis, Sheryl Crow, Rihanna, Melissa Etheridge, Miley Cyrus, Ashanti, Natasha Bedingfield, Keyshia Cole, Ciara and LeeAnn Rimes. The track will be available on iTunes on September 2, 2008. And, if that were not enough, there will be a concert special to be aired on three major networks consecutively on September 5, 2008. AND, all the proceeds go to breast cancer research, so be sure to help support this cause.

Also coming to the Wiltern this summer, Fergie and Natasha Bedingfield have teamed up with Pepsi: Smash to perform a very exclusive show at the Wiltern in Los Angeles. If you remember, the Pepsi: Smash Company recieved a lot of recognition in 2006 for hosting Mariah Carey's very first concert since her Charmbracelet tour. And, just like the Mariah concert, the only way to get into the venue and see the show, which takes place August 30, 2008, you have to win the tickets or find a scalper selling their tickets. As of today, you can win by going to the Pepsi: Smash website, calling KIIS-FM, or through Craigslist, where the tickets are selling for about $65 each.

Common & N*E*R*D take the stage

It was announced a few short weeks ago that legendary rapper and performer, Common would be embarking on a short national tour to help promote his latest studio album and to raise money for his foundation, The Common Ground Foundation. But, less than 24 hours ago, a rep of his secretly announced that skater-hip-hop trio, N.E.R.D. would be supporting Common in the North American leg of the tour. For all the Los Angeles and surrounding area fans of these two performers, you can catch them September 14, 2008 at the Wiltern in Los Angeles, or on September 15, 2008 at the Grove in Anaheim.
